Our community hosts a variety of events throughout the year which are great opportunities to meet your neighbors. Monthly book club meetings, a summer BBQ on the pool deck, wine and cheese receptions, a holiday party - there's sure to be something for everyone!

Northern Liberties
To our west is the vibrant Northern Liberties neighborhood. “NoLibs” is known as one of the best dining and drinking areas in the city. Stroll along 2nd Street, enjoy top notch restaurants, craft beer halls, and entertainment venues - so much to do! Northern Liberties is also home to the annual 2nd Street Festival.
Delaware Waterfront
And of course there's the continually developing Delaware waterfront to our north and south! Just a short walk to the south are Race Street Pier, the newly rehabbed Cherry Street Pier, waterfront dining, bars, and entertainment. Enjoy ice skating, roller skating, paddle boats and more at Penn’s Landing. To our north, dining and entertainment at Rivers Casino is just steps away!
Recreation
The Delaware River Trail is right outside our door and connects Waterfront Square to beautiful Penn Treaty Park. Bike, walk, or jog along the beautifully landscaped river trail behind Rivers Casino. We’re looking forward to the planned expansion of the trail in 2021, linking Waterfront Square to Penn’s Landing.
